At nutri24.fit, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Our return and refund policy is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent.


Returns Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, expired, defective, or incorrect.

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The product should be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Invoice copy must be attached during return pickup.


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products without original packaging or seal.

  • Health supplements marked as “non-returnable” due to hygiene reasons.

  • Free gifts or samples provided with order.


How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at friends@nutri24.fit with your order ID, product image, and reason for return.

  2. Or call our customer care at 011-61196333 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).

  3. Our support team will guide you through the process and arrange reverse pickup (wherever serviceable).


Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (Card/UPI/Wallet/Net banking).

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, you will be asked for bank account details.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • If already shipped, the order will fall under the return policy mentioned above.
