Returns Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
The product delivered is damaged, expired, defective, or incorrect.
Return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
The product should be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Invoice copy must be attached during return pickup.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Opened or used products.
Products without original packaging or seal.
Health supplements marked as “non-returnable” due to hygiene reasons.
Free gifts or samples provided with order.
How to Raise a Return Request
To initiate a return:
Email us at friends@nutri24.fit with your order ID, product image, and reason for return.
Or call our customer care at 011-61196333 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).
Our support team will guide you through the process and arrange reverse pickup (wherever serviceable).
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method (Card/UPI/Wallet/Net banking).
For Cash on Delivery orders, you will be asked for bank account details.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
If already shipped, the order will fall under the return policy mentioned above.
